Established in 1984 in Chengannur, Kerala, India, our firm is headed by a seasoned Civil Engineer with extensive exposure to diverse fields, including Indian Railways, Coastal projects, and construction endeavors in the Middle East. With a foundation built on over two decades of traditional Indian architectural works, our journey began with a dream to establish a Civil Engineering consultancy service.

Our founder’s vision was wholeheartedly supported by his life partner, also a Civil Engineer with a rich background in the Public Works Department of Kerala, India. Together, they set the groundwork for what would become a thriving family business, continued today by their son – a Civil Structural Engineer, a graduate of the prestigious Regional Engineering College, Calicut.

At Prime Builders and Architects, we specialize in providing comprehensive Design and complete Turnkey solutions in the field of Corporate construction. Our firm’s partners include skilled Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, and Interior Designers. Having gained extensive experience working with renowned architectural firms, government departments, and various institutions across India, we decided to embark on an independent practice in Kerala.

Over the years, we have grown from strength to strength, successfully handling a diverse range of projects, from Structural Designing, Interiors, and Exhibition Design to Architectural and Landscaping endeavors.
